Currently, our rewards program is not available to all Kaia members. If you received an email directly from the Kaia Health team about the program, you are eligible to participate.
We're thrilled to announce a rewards program for Kaia members as they work towards achieving a pain-free life. This guide provides answers to frequently asked questions about how to earn rewards, track your progress, and redeem your benefits. How can I tell how many points I've received?

How do I receive points?
Points are awarded to members that complete the milestones outlined below.
Here's how it works:
- Rack up points per activity: Earn 10 points per activity completed, up to 30 points per day.
- Complete a weekly streak: Do 3 days of activity per week in the Kaia app and earn 100 bonus points.
- Surprise points: Be sure to check your app during the challenge for notifications on how you can earn extra points, including opportunities for coaching sessions and referrals.
Streak limit: You can earn 1 streak per week
How can I tell how many points I've received?
At the end of each week, you’ll receive an email from our team with a breakdown of your activities, total points earned, and a handy progress bar so you can easily track where you stand. This way, you’ll always know how close you are to reaching your rewards!
How can I see my points earned in the app?
Currently, the app does not display the points earned, but stay tuned! We’re actively working on adding this feature in the future so that you can easily track your progress in real-time. Keep an eye out for your weekly emails with your point counts.
What rewards can be redeemed?
500 Points = $25 gift card
To one of the following vendors: Amazon, Doordash, Starbucks, Dunkin, Shell, BP, Uber eats, Walmart
- 1,000 Points = Fitbit Inspire 3 Health & Fitness Tracker

When will I receive my reward?
You'll receive an email with a link to redeem your rewards once you've hit your milestone. It may take a couple of business days to see this hit your inbox.
How will I receive my reward?
Once you've hit your milestone, you'll receive an email from our team with a link to redeem your reward. You'll be brought to our storefront where you will be prompted to enter your shipping address (for Fitbits), and then select your reward.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and tracking details within 2-3 business days.
Will you be offering other rewards in the future?
We’re excited to share that we have plans to introduce additional rewards in 2025! While we don’t have specific details or timelines to share just yet, we encourage you to keep checking back for updates. In the meantime, continue engaging with the activities in the app—every step you take brings you closer to achieving a pain-free life!
