FAQ: Kaia Health Gift Card Rewards

This article is only applicable to select members that have received an email from the Kaia Health team to take part in a gift card reward challenge. Not all members are eligible to participate.



How do I qualify for a gift card?

  1. Sign up for a Kaia Health account.
  2. Download the Kaia Health app from your mobile app store.
  3. Complete your onboarding assessment (takes about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Check your original email for specific requirements to qualify for a gift card
  5. Typically, you’ll need to complete a set number of activities in the app to reach this goal.
  6. Complete the number of activities and wait for your incentive period to end to receive your Gift Card

What is an “Activity” in the app?

Kaia activities include exercises, relaxation sessions, and educational modules. Find them on the Today or Browse tabs in the Kaia app. To complete one:

  1. Open the app and go to the Today tab.
  2. Click into any activity under Start Here
  3. Start your session

How will I know if I’ve reached my milestone to earn a gift card?

Once you meet the activity milestone, we’ll send a congratulatory email. You’ll receive the link to redeem your Gift Card once the rewards period specified in your original email ends.


When will I receive my gift card?

You will receive the link to redeem your reward after the rewards period ends. The end date for this period is highlighted in the original email you received. We appreciate your patience and look forward to celebrating your achievements at the end!


How will I receive my gift card?

At the end of the rewards period, you’ll receive a link to redeem your gift card. From there, you can choose from various options. Most gift cards are available as e-gift cards, and you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to use them. If you select a gift card that’s only available as a physical card, you’ll be prompted to provide your shipping address, and it will be mailed to you.

If you're asked to provide a shipping address, a physical card will be mailed to you. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my gift card?

  • If the reward window has closed and you didn’t receive a redemption email, contact our support team at support@kaiahealth.com.
