FAQ: Kaia Health Fitbit Reward

This article is only applicable to select members that have received an email or flyer from the Kaia Health team to take part in a Fitbit reward challenge. Not all members are eligible to participate.

How to Qualify for a Free Fitbit

Step 1: For New Members

  • Sign up for a Kaia Health account.
  • Download the Kaia Health app from your mobile app store.
  • Complete the onboarding assessment (takes 3-5 minutes).

Step 2: For All Members

  • Check your email/flyer for specific requirements to qualify.
  • Typically, you need to complete a set number of activities in the app.

What Counts as an Activity?

  • Activities include exercises, relaxation sessions, and educational modules.

    Find them on the "Today" or "Browse" tabs in the Kaia app.

    To complete an activity:

    1. Go to the "Today" tab.
    2. Select an activity under "Start Here."
    3. Complete the session.

How Will I Know If I’ve Qualified?

  • You’ll receive an email within 1 business day confirming you’ve met the milestone.

    Once the incentive period ends, we’ll email you a link to redeem your Fitbit.

    • The incentive end date is included in the original email/flyer about the program.

When Will I Get My Fitbit?

  • After the incentive ends, you’ll receive a redemption email within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after redeeming your reward.

What If I Haven’t Received My Fitbit?

  • Didn’t get the redemption email after the incentive ended? Contact us at support@kaiahealth.com

What If My Fitbit Isn’t Working?

  • Fitbits come with a 1-year limited warranty.
