Should I enroll now or when I'm ready to start training?
Depending on your plan you may have limited time access to Kaia, therefore we recommend enrolling when you're ready to get started so that you get the most out of your program.
Keep in mind—there are different session types in your program. Even if you're not ready to start your physical exercises, you can always log into the app and get started with relaxation or education sessions to help manage your chronic pain. Learn more about session types here.
